Scandinavian Fish Dinner - cooking recipe

4 medium potatoes, quartered
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sole fillets, thawed
1 (17 oz.) can peas
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in 1-inch of boiling water, heat potatoes to boiling.
Cover and cook 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
