Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn (unpopped)
1 lb. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Pop corn.
Melt sugar, margarine, Karo, salt and vanilla together.
After all is melted, add baking soda to mixture. Mixture will foam up.
Use large enough kettle to prevent foaming over sides.
Pour over popcorn in roasting pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
