Applesauce Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with 6 oz. chocolate chips and 3 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
