Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. milk
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 grated cheese
    4 to 8 Tbsp. ice water
    1 Tbsp. red hot sauce
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Blend in shortening.
    Add cheese, milk, ice water and red hot sauce.
    Mix slightly and make into stiff dough.
    Roll about 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut in narrow strips or with cookie cutter.
    Roll out narrow, 3/8-inch wide.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
