King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and cut up
12 corn tortillas
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
1 can crushed tomato and green chilies
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Cut tortillas in 1-inch pieces.
Soak in warm chicken broth to soften.
Layer tortillas, chicken and onion in a buttered, 3-quart baking pan.
Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt.
Top with cheese.
Combine the soups and tomatoes and chilies and pour over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
