Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
2 large onions
1 green pepper
1 c. celery
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Chop onions, bell pepper and celery.
Brown in small amount of olive oil.
Add ground beef and stir until brown.
Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly until most of the liquid has been cooked out.
Sauce cannot be cooked too long.
