Broccoli Scallop Linguine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 lb. linguine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1 lb. fresh bay scallops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Cut broccoli into flowerets and thin slices.
Blanch in boiling salted water two minutes.
Drain well; refresh under cold running water.
Set aside.
