Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips or 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. rice (not Minute)
    can of beef broth
    can of water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
    2 oz. jar sliced pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; add onion, rice, beef broth, water and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and cook low, until liquid is absorbed (about 25 minutes).
    Add green pepper and pimento.
    Heat through.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
