Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 potato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. catsup (to taste)
    water
Preparation
    Saute onion and potato in oil in a skillet.
    Add beef, catsup, salt, pepper and water.
    Simmer until potato is completely tender. Serve with rolls and English peas.
