Quick Casserole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, parboiled
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery in
    skillet.
    Drain fat; stir in flour, sauce, seasonings and peas.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Top with biscuits and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
