Easy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
2 c. Minute rice (raw)
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk for each can of soup
Preparation

Melt margarine in a glass casserole dish.
Pour in rice.
Lay chicken on top of rice.
Mix soups and milk in a bowl.
Pour over the chicken and rice.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
