White Sauce(Salsa Balsamella) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk, room temperature
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt
    butter.
    When
    butter foams, stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes until mixture bubbles. Add milk all at once.
    Stir constantly while mixture thickens. Makes 2 1/2 cups sauce.
