Jan Hagel(Swedish Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 egg white
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, sugar and egg yolk.
    Add flour and cinnamon.
    Pat into jelly roll pan.
    Beat the egg white with 1 teaspoon water until fluffy; brush on dough.
    Sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
