Indian Style Chai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. water
    6 c. milk
    2 tsp. ginger
    6 tsp. loose-leaf black tea
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring water and ginger to a boil.
    Warm milk, but don't scald.
    Add tea and vanilla and boil 1 minute.
    Add brown sugar and cinnamon; boil 3 more minutes.
    Drain tea and add warm
    milk.
