Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. minced celery
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. ground, toasted pecans or almonds
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. vinegar
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Combine the first 8 ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls. Dredge meatballs in 1/2 cup cornstarch.
Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add meatballs; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Drain and set aside.
