Pineapple Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    nut meats
    30 graham crackers
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook egg yolks and cream until thick.
    Set aside to cool. Cream together sugar and butter.
    Then add 2 beaten egg whites, then cooked egg yolks and cream.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Roll graham crackers until fine.
    Place a layer of crumbs, then one of filling.
    Repeat.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
