Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. each: pecans or black walnuts, raisins and coconut
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine eggs, margarine and sugar until creamy. Add nuts, raisins, coconut, vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake 5 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake about 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
