24 Hour Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    This is my friend, Linda Bunga's, recipe for a cake so dark and moist that it doesn't last long, hence the name.
