Berry Blueberry Muffins(Reduced-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw frozen berries)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray muffin tin with no-stick spray.
