3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw frozen berries)
