Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
2 jars baby food, plum, small
2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl (except nuts).
Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.
Add pecans.
Pour in a greased tube pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Serve plain or with glaze.
