Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle
    1 c. soft bread crumbs, lightly toasted
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    24 large fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake souffle, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes, or until slightly warmed.
    Combine souffle, bread crumbs, onion and lemon juice in bowl; mix well.
    Remove and discard mushroom stems.
    Place mushroom caps in shallow baking pan.
    Brush with butter; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
