Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast
    in
    warm
    water.
    Beat
    one egg and add warm water
    and
    yeast,
    sugar
    and oleo, then add flour.
    Mix well. Use
    immediately
    or
    store in refrigerator in airtight container. This will keep for up to 2 weeks.
    Spoon batter in well-greased muffin
    tins.
    Fill pans half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
