Cheesy Bacon Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bacon
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Dry and pierce with a fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes.
    Saute bacon in a large skillet until brown. Cool and crumble.
