Sour Cream And Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour. Add all of ingredients. Bake in covered pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
