Potato Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium to large potatoes
    5 tsp. sugar
    5 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 qt. Miracle Whip
    salt and celery seed to taste
Preparation
    Cook, cool and peel potatoes.
    Slice and chop while warm. Cover chopped warm potatoes with sugar and vinegar.
    Add onion, celery and Miracle Whip and toss.
    Add salt and celery seed while tossing; chill.
    Makes 5 to 6 pounds which will yield 20 to 25 servings.
