Green Gorilla Guts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground steak, cut into strips
    2 large onions
    2 cans brown gravy
    6 or 7 cloves garlic
    6 large green peppers
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice onions in large pan with little water.
    Bring to boil; turn down and simmer 15 minutes.
    Brown steak; put in large, covered baking dish.
    Add onions, gravy, garlic and Italian seasoning.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours, then add green pepper.
    Bake another 1/2 hour.
    Add mushrooms.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice or Ramen noodles.
