Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onions, sliced
    brisket
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt
    Rokeach tomato/mushroom sauce
    1/2 c. white wine (not cooking)
    potatoes, peeled and cut
Preparation
    Line a roasting pan with onions.
    Lay brisket on top, then season with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
    Brown for 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Add the sauce; rinse the sauce can with the white wine and pour over the meat.
    Add potatoes and cook for about 1/2 hour longer.
