Chocolate Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. broken pecan meats
Preparation
    Mix chocolate, milk, sugar and syrup.
    Cook until a drop in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter.
    Beat mixture until it becomes thick.
    Add pecans and pour into greased pans.
    Cut into squares when cool.
