Baked Flounder Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flounder filets or 6 pieces
6 slices cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Place slice of ham and cheese in center of each filet.
Cut to fit; sprinkle with grated orange rind and white pepper.
Roll into pinwheels and secure with wooden picks.
Gently dip roll into beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Place in greased baking dish.
