Tamale Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crumbled cornbread
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine cornbread, 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce and salt.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, heat remaining enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
    Place meatballs in serving dish.
    Pour sauce over and top with cheese.
