Easy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    sliced tomato (for garnish)
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet on medium heat.
    Drain fat and set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Turn mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Garnish with sliced tomatoes.
    Serve.
