Coeur A La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; beat with electric mixer.
    Add vanilla; continue beating, gradually adding sugar.
    Whip cream until stiff; fold into cheese mixture.
    Line mold form with cheesecloth; spoon mixture into mold.
    Overlap cheesecloth over top.
    Chill at least 24 hours (put plate under mold to catch liquid).
    Serve with berries, berry sauce or fresh fruit.
