Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder 3 times.
    Break lard into small pieces (the smaller the better).
    Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over this and mix until creamy.
    Add dry ingredients until you can mix it into a mass (with your hands, of course). Makes 2 crusts.
