Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot peppers, chopped
2 c. bell peppers, chopped
6 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
2 bottles Certo
1/2 tsp. salt
red or green food coloring
Preparation

Boil chopped peppers, vinegar, sugar and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into saucepan.
Add Certo and several drops of desired food coloring.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
Great for Christmas gifts.
