Broiled Tomato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    4 medium tomatoes, cut in 6 wedges
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
    Add tomatoes; turn to coat on all sides.
    Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
