Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 lb. Gouda cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 qt. beef bouillon
    1 lb. Swiss cheese
    French bread (dry)
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter and oil for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and add salt; cook on medium-high for 40 minutes, until golden brown. Stir in flour and stir for 3 minutes. Add bouillon and wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Grate cheese.
