Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. water or chicken broth
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1 1/2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
Preparation

Mix all in a cake pan.
Top with minced onion, onion rings or chow mein noodles.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
