Carrot And Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 grams carrots (about 3 c.)
    100 grams green peas (about 2/3 c.)
    250 grams tomatoes (about 1 1/2 c.)
    100 grams lettuce (about 2/3 c.)
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Scrape well, wash and grate raw carrots.
    Mix with 1/2 cup of sour cream and peas.
    Shape into cone and place in a salad dish. Pour over cone 1/2 cup sour cream mixed with salt and sugar.
    Top cone with sliced fresh tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
