Artichoke Egg Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches green onions
    4 jars marinated artichoke hearts
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Chop artichoke hearts and use oil to saute onions.
    Combine and put in greased Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
