Cold Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped green bell pepper
1 c. chopped green onions
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can small English peas
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can kidney beans
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat the vinegar, oil and seasonings; pour over vegetables. Let this sit overnight in refrigerator before serving.
