Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/8 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) can tomato juice or sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce.
Form into balls. Place in greased casserole dish.
Pour tomato sauce over balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
