Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
dash of mace
Preparation
-
Mix well.
Put in greased pan or roll in shape of a loaf and bake in moderate oven one hour.
Turn out on platter.
Serve with white sauce or tomato sauce.
