Never-Fail Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. chocolate (cocoa)
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix all
together
and
after it starts boiling, boil 2 minutes and
add
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat until you think it will stay on the cake.
