Ingredients

1 1/2 pt. persimmon pulp
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Turn to coat bottom and sides.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour much of margarine into and mix well.
Bake until firm at 375\u00b0, approximately 45 minutes.
