Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Pour in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
Saute onions and peppers.
Spread over mixture. Spread sour cream over onions and peppers.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
