Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cans green beans, drained or 4 c. green beans
    3/4 c. mushrooms, sauteed
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Gradually stir in flour, water, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add beans, mushrooms and sour cream.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
