Shrimp In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1 c. Sauterne (wine)
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
4 dashes Tabasco
8 Tbsp. limequat juice
5 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 c. boiled shrimp
Preparation
-
Make a sauce of first 3 ingredients.
Add all other ingredients, except last two.
When mixture is thickened, add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Before serving, add shrimp and heat through.
Serves 24.
