Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed steak
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    garlic salt
    flour
    2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut in wedges
    1 can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    If using venison, soak for 2 hours in water and vinegar solution.
    Use enough water to cover by 2 inches.
    Pat dry. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
    Flour lightly.
