Diane'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. oil or applesauce
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients except carrots and raisins.
    Beat well.
    Add carrots and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube cake pan for 30 minutes.
