Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large jars of baby food carrots
    1/2 jar water
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks and rest of ingredients until well blended. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Pour batter into 2 prepared 9 inch baking pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.
